Weight
lifting routine
As you can see, we are not professional weight lifters, we don’t
attend bodybuilding competitions, and we aren’t trained fitness
experts. We just wanted you to see that two ordinary people can do a weight
lifting routine – and that means you can too!
When you discover how easy these exercises are, and how much improvement
you will feel within the first two weeks, you may decide it’s time
to find a personal trainer, or join a gym. Or, you may do what thousands
of others do - keep doing your weight lifting routine
three or four times a week in the privacy of your home, and take your
shower in your own house.
This is where we can help. We have written the eBook Weight
Lifting for Absolute Beginners, which will get you off to a great
start as you begin this program.
Weight
Lifting For Absolute Beginners is illustrated so that anyone can
begin using this valuable technique quickly and easily, with only $5.00
worth of equipment, in the privacy of your own home.
As with any fitness program, before starting your weight lifting
routine you should tell your doctor. Each of us is different.
This routine is very low-impact, but you will be using muscles that you
may not have used in years. It’s important to use caution and common
sense when choosing which weights to use, in order to avoid any unintentional
damage to your muscles.
Remember – start with the lighter weights that are comfortable,
and only mildly challenging. You will move up to the more macho dumbbells
quickly as your body adjusts to its new weight
lifting routine.
