Weight
lifting tip
Here's a great weight lifting tip - if you are concerned
about being able to exercise while traveling, you can now buy water-filled
dumbbells. You can change the weight by changing the amount of water you
add.
In addition to your dumbbells, you may also want to purchase an inexpensive
exercise mat to make the floor exercises a little more comfortable. You
can find them at all sporting goods stores.
Need more help getting started? We have written the eBook Weight
Lifting for Absolute Beginners, which will get you off to a great
start as you begin this program.
Weight
Lifting For Absolute Beginners is illustrated so that anyone can
begin using this valuable technique quickly and easily, with only $5.00
worth of equipment, in the privacy of your own home.
Now, for a money-saving weight lifting tip. You can
spend several thousand dollars if you really want to – we certainly
won’t stop you! But are you getting excited about getting fit? Or
do you just want one more excuse to buy stuff? We strongly suggest that
you start light, in both weight and expenditure, and work into the sport
as you go along.
Which brings us to an important point: Although the exercises in this
book are very easy to do, they won’t do you any good whatsoever
if you just read about them. Get up in the morning 45 minutes early and
give your muscles a workout. They’ll thank you by getting firm and
strong - and by burning up all your extra flab. Lay in bed thinking about
doing the exercises and guess what? Nothing happens! It’s up to
you. As far as we're concerned the best weight
lifting tip we know is to stop thinking about it,
and do it!
